Safety Documentation
Dedicated Safety Policy Documentation can be written for your organisation, or your own policy and safety information can be reviewed and updated in line with current Health and Safety legislative requirements. A sample Safety Policy is available on request.
All employers with 5 employees or more, full or part-time, are required to have a written safety policy.
Safety Advice
Our qualified safety advice will guide you through health and safety legislation, enabling you to be aware and assist you in managing your legal responsibilities. Advice and assistance is also available to help you complete your own assessments, policies, safe systems of work, etc.
It is a requirement of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations, that those employers, who do not have the necessary qualifications, obtain advice from a qualified Health and Safety Advisor.
Safety Audits/Inspections
Confidential Audits and Inspections can be undertaken; these are followed by a comprehensive written report, which includes prioritised recommendations and action plan. These will make you aware of any shortfalls in your health and safety systems, none compliance or lack of adherence to safe systems of work, also any additional hazards and risks which are not covered in any existing documentation and safe working practices.
Audits and/or Inspections may be carried out as a stand-alone service or as part of an integrated agreed health and safety service.
Safe Systems of Work
In addition to carrying out risk assessments, safe systems of work can be produced to enable your employees to carry out their work as safely as possible. Safe systems of work are guide lines on how potentially hazardous tasks can be carried out as safely as possible reducing the risks to health or safety. They are especially useful for new or part-time employees.
