Hygiene Policies and Procedures
We offer formal bespoke hygiene policies, procedures and guidance or existing documentation can be updated in line with current Food Hygiene and Safety legislative requirements.
All food establishments are required to have developed and operate to a specific Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) policy for their processes and premises. The HACCP policy must detail the hazards and safeguards taken to protect food product against contamination within the various processes it undergoes, recall procedures must also be included. HACCP’s can be designed or assistance can be given for you to complete your own systems.
Food Hygiene Advice
Qualified advice is available, to ensure you are aware of all the legal requirements. Advice can also be given to help you complete your own assessments, policies, safe systems of work, etc.
An inspection/auditing service is available, including where required, liaison with the Environmental Health Officers.
In-house training can be provided for you and/or your employees. Courses are available for food handling, basic food hygiene, intermediate food hygiene and HACCP compliance.
